These Terms & Conditions apply together with ec999's Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotion terms that may be published from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and any specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

ec999 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To open and maintain an ec999 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of ec999 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment partners.

ec999 uses automated and manual age verification processes. Providing false or misleading information during verification is a material breach of these Terms and may result in criminal referral in addition to account closure.

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one ec999 account. The registration of multiple accounts — regardless of the name, CNIC, mobile number, device, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.

When registering your ec999 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your residential address in Pakistan, and a valid mobile number.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and not share them with any other person under any circumstances.

ec999 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional layer of security. While enabling 2FA is voluntary, ec999 is not liable for unauthorised account access where a player has not taken reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

All financial transactions on ec999 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ec999 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. No cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or third-party payment processors outside this list are accepted.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible. This is an anti-money laundering requirement.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or mobile wallet numbers registered in your own name. ec999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• ec999 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges which are beyond ec999's control.

ec999 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL season promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have a fully verified ec999 account. Verification includes age verification and identity confirmation.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per shared internet connection unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.

All bets and wagers placed on ec999 — whether on sports (including PSL and international cricket), live casino games, slots, or any other product offered on the platform — are subject to the following rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ec999 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed, except in circumstances where a market is voided by ec999 in accordance with its sports betting rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, ec999 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.

ec999 is genuinely committed to responsible gaming. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a way to earn income, recover losses, or solve financial problems. If gambling is no longer fun, the right thing to do is stop.

• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the ec999 platform or its games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to interact with ec999 games or betting markets without explicit written permission.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker variants to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ec999 staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ec999 platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ec999 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on ec999 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any ec999 software or technology.
• Use ec999's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of ec999's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ec999's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits you have made to ec999 in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ec999 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising out of your use of the ec999 platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, even if ec999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
